ASTM B265 Gr1 Titanium Sheets don't need to be applied with separation agent, so the pollution of copper electrolyte can be avoided. And the electrolytic copper made from titanium plate has dense crystal structure, smooth surface and excellent quality. Also, the service life of titanium plate is more than 3 times that of copper plate, which can reach 10 to 20 years according to operating conditions.
ASTM B265 Gr1 Titanium Sheets have the the oxide film, which is equivalent to a good wear resistant separation agent, and the use of titanium plate can save the separation agent, making the plate easy to peel, eliminating the pre-treatment process of the plate. Also, the titanium plate is half lighter than copper plate. This sheet can improve the production capacity and reduce the production cost of electrolytic copper, thus achieving better economic benefits.
